Ahh, NOD32. NOD has Problems with integrated features in exe such as TCP-Support and other. Its not a problem from cAVe alone. Have a look on roadrunner or such other frontends. This is no virus and only NOD32 see this problem, which is not there. Have a look in example
www.mp3car.com forum and search for NOD or NOD32 you will see, what i mean.
We have changed our phone-component in cAVe , this could be the reason for this....
Solution : Disable "Advanced Huristics Detection" as you use cAVe and enable it if not.
