Это проблема не самих USB устройств, а кривых драйверов
Насколько я знаю, родные виндовые драйвера для BT глючат по-черному.
Совет-предложение попробовать. Есть такая утилита devcon.exe
Не знаю, есть ли она в винде, но в папочке RoadRunner'a ты ее точно найдешь. Утилитка кроме всего прочего позволяет ресканить новые устройства, добавлять-выключать какие захочешь (ну, если они конечно физически присоединены
).
Соответственно, большинство фронтендов (и RR тут не исключение) позволяют при выходе из ждущего-спящего режимов запускать какие-либо приложения. Дальше - понятно
Короче, попробуй, должно помочь. Только отпишись потом чо-как!
